I’m Helen, the founder of Humantix People Solutions.

Over 13 years ago, while working in retail operations, I grew frustrated by the lack of commercial focus in HR. A mentor challenged me: "If you want to make change in HR, Helen, then be the change you want to see." That pivotal moment sparked my passion for Human Resources and redefined my career. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to build a successful career leading major transformation programmes, including post-merger integration, organisational redesign, and culture improvements, at Director and Executive Director levels. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) a qualified MBTI practitioner and a practiced coach, my expertise spans diverse sectors including housing, utilities, retail, construction and aviation. This background enables me to bring calm leadership, commercial awareness, and pragmatic judgement to complex, high-risk situations. I founded Humantix with a clear vision: to use this strategic HR expertise to help organisations realise the tangible value that exceptional people management brings to performance and the bottom line. Grounded and thoughtful, my approach avoids jargon in favour of practical, business-focused outcomes.
